who is Wes Johnson?

Since I was young, I have been drawn to understanding how things work. I do this by building, breaking, and rebuilding them with purpose. That same mindset now drives how I approach business analysis and AI system design.

I focus on starting with the high level business problem, then breaking it down into the clear pain points, workflows, and underlying data. From there, I design and implement systems that turn insight into action, whether through automation, analytics, or AI driven solutions.

As an Eagle Scout, I developed discipline and resilience early. Those qualities were reinforced when I worked through two spinal injuries after a car accident, stayed committed to my path, completed my degree, and continued building both personally and professionally.

Today, I work at the intersection of business analysis and AI, building custom systems that help organizations make better decisions, streamline operations, and unlock new opportunities for growth. My experience spans research, system design, implementation, and post deployment optimization.

I am especially interested in roles where I can bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, translating complex problems into practical, scalable solutions.
